Returns Policy
We want you to love the products you buy from tudagrass.co.uk, but if for any reason you change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition (and packaging, where possible) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. However, please note that all orders for artificial grass are bespoke items cut specifically to your requirements and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping for any items unless the item is faulty or damaged.
All returns must be sent (with a copy of your order confirmation or sales invoice) to the address below, in their original or secure packaging to avoid any damage in transit. Your refund may be affected if the product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition.

IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing bespoke or large orders.
This ensures you are satisfied with the quality, appearance, and colour of the product before committing to a purchase. Because artificial grass and similar products are bespoke and cut to your specific requirements, they are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that a manufacturer’s fault develops within 30 days of purchase, please notify us as soon as possible with photographic evidence. Where a manufacturer’s fault is identified, you will be eligible for a full refund, repair, or replacement, whichever is more convenient.
If a manufacturer’s fault develops after 30 days, we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund (or a price reduction if you wish to keep the product).
We reserve the right to withhold any remedy, refund, repair, or replacement until the faulty product is returned to us for investigation. The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer, but will be reimbursed by us if a manufacturer’s fault is established.
If the products are installed and you are unable to remove them, please contact us to arrange an alternative solution. In some cases, we can arrange a courier pick-up service, subject to a maximum charge of £50.00.
Please note that our liability under this policy:
- excludes any discrepancies between batches (colour or otherwise) or faults caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance
- is limited to the original order value; and
- does not include any additional or third-party costs incurred by you for the installation of our products.
We always advise our customers to inspect purchases carefully and report any faults immediately before installation.
Substitute Products
If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to either arrange a full refund or allow you to select a similar product. Any price differences will be collected or refunded. We will never supply substitute products without your prior approval.
Colours
We make every effort to ensure the colours of our products are accurately presented on our website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we recommend taking advantage of our free sample service prior to ordering.
Please note that different widths, batches, materials, or orders may not match exactly if ordered at different times. To ensure consistency, we strongly advise ordering all your grass or flooring in one order.
