Delivery will be made to the address specified at checkout.
We currently deliver to addresses within England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Certain areas may incur an additional surcharge, which will be specified if applicable.
We use a variety of delivery methods, depending on the item size and the delivery speed you select. Some items are delivered directly by our suppliers, who will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
For Mainland UK orders, delivery is typically within 1-3 working days, with delivery to the Scottish Highlands and remote areas taking 1-7 working days. A signature may be required at delivery. By placing an order, you authorize us to accept a signature from an adult at the delivery address or a neighbouring property if you are unavailable. For products that do not require a signature, you may be able to provide instructions for where to leave the item if no one is present, such as with a neighbour.
Ownership of the product transfers to you once it has been delivered to your specified location (directly, in a safe place, with a neighbour, or when signed for in-store collection). At this point, the contract between you and us is concluded, and responsibility for any risk of damage or loss passes to you.
For deliveries made by third-party companies, the driver may, at their discretion, leave the item in a safe place if no one is available. They will leave a card with details on where the product has been placed.
By signing for items delivered by a courier, you confirm receipt of the items in good condition. If you cannot check your items before signing, please sign as "Unchecked." All shortages or damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
We advise against scheduling a fitter until all items have been received and checked for shortages or damages.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses (including, without limitation, economic loss, lost profits, or goodwill depletion) caused by delivery delays.
Additionally, we are not liable if you fail to accept delivery when the product is ready, or if health and safety risks prevent delivery on time.
